Water, Lobster (Homarus americanus), Haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus), Hake (Merluccius bilinearis), Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua), Pollack (Pollachius virens), Conger fish (Conger spp.), Gurnard fish (Chelidonichthys cuculus), Crab (Cancer gabarus), Carrot, Cream, Onion, Potatoes, Tomato paste, White wine, Leek, Salt, Sunflower oil, Pepper, Provencal herbs.

Tasting tips
Shake the jar before opening to obtain a homogeneous product.
Heat over low heat and serve piping hot with croutons, grated cheese and Maison Fayard rouille.
Garnish with a touch of fresh cream.
Storage
