Duck rillettes from the South-West of France, made in France from slowly pulled duck, duck fat, salt and pepper. Slow cooking and simple seasoning let the natural taste of the confit duck shine through. With a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture, they spread on toast or fresh bread for the aperitif, as a starter or at a convivial meal.
